MongoDB is seeking an Associate on the Pricing & Monetization team to own decisions on how we deliver products and drive sustainable revenue growth. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, analytics, finance, and business operations, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify and translate ambiguous business problems into structured product recommendations. This position requires a driven self-starter with proven experience in building data-driven business cases, communicating complex recommendations to leadership, and operating cross-functionally to solve business problems.
