Purpose: The Manager, AI Learning Programs- Learning & Leadership Development is responsible for the coordination and delivery of high-quality AI learning initiatives across the enterprise. This role coordinates program timelines, content publishing, learning platform management, learner communications, and operational tracking to ensure AI learning experiences are delivered smoothly, consistently, and at scale globally. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with other team members in the development of new AI learning programs, resources, and in the maintenance and enhancement of existing materials.
