Schedule : Monday-Friday, 10AM-7PM Scope of Position : Ensure the proper and timely movement of domestic freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Transcon department. Major Duties and Responsibilities : Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system Track and trace Transcon files as required Use Workflows on daily basis Ensure timely and accurate billing Contribute to maintain strong relationships with service providers Ensure compliance at all times to regulations.
