Position Summary The Senior Manager, Faculty Development & Medical Education is responsible for shaping and executing AMI China's faculty development and medical education strategy across the aesthetics portfolio. This role serves as a strategic and operational leader in building a sustainable faculty ecosystem, driving educational excellence, and delivering high-impact medical education initiatives. The incumbent will lead the planning and execution of key educational programs, faculty development projects, scientific exchanges, and international academic engagements while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, global AMI teams, and external experts.
