Employee Relations Manager, UK The Employee Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting employees and managers in Employee Relations matters to create a positive and productive work environment. The role is central within the HR Team, and is responsible for maintaining high standards of employee relations, ensuring the company lives the AbbVie Way and remains an attractive employer for the future.
