As a Lead Kitchen worker you will be responsible for: The Lead Kitchen Worker is responsible for communicating with management. Leads the Kitchen worker staff. Responsible for washing, cleaning, and polishing equipment to ensure it is ready for use; sorting and cleaning dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils and ashtrays. The lead is responsible for cleaning all cooking devices such as stoves, grills, ovens, broilers, burner tops, steamer ovens, kettle-braisers, hood panels, deep fryers, dishwasher machines, stainless counters, drains, ect. Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards. Responsible for bio-hazard cleanup.
