The Associate Director, OpEx, Training and Digital Ops is responsible for developing and aligning leadership on site strategy and building a culture of continuous improvement across the entire value chain. This is a highly visible and interactive position that is expected to lead to change in challenging environments and overcome status quo resistance. This person will be responsible for facilitating leadership alignment of site priorities to drive transformation of the site. This position will set standards for ‘how we work’ - OPEX, while engaging champions across different functions of the site to drive standardization and improvement.
