Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluate advanced semiconductor devices through testing, measurement, and data analysis. Collaborate across teams to link device physics and develop test methodologies and algorithms for wafer test and characterization. Conduct experiments, analyze device data, investigate root-causes, and present findings. Mentor peers, lead technical reviews, and serve as a subject-matter expert. What You’ll Bring / Technical Expertise Great foundation in semiconductor physics and electrical characterization. Deep understanding of NAND, DRAM, and emerging memory test methodologies. Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment and parametric systems (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, wafer probers, parametric ATE, and bench systems).
