Scope of Position: Assist the team with the timely and accurate movement of goods in and out of the warehouse. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Timely & accurate unloading/loading of trucks. Accurate weighing and dimensioning of freight. Operation of stand-up and sit-down forklifts Reports shortages, damages and/or discrepancies on appropriate forms. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system. Compares quantity, labeling and address with order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct. Accurate labeling of freight, zero cross-labels. Proper putting away, picking, & staging freight, all freight must be put away into a location & accounted for (PUT’s & LDD) Filling out documentation as required Be able to identify and match numbers and country codes Ability to interact with office to meet customer service standards.
