Coordinate the work of customs brokers/runners, administrative staff, and operations personnel at the Saltillo and/or Ramos Arizpe terminal, as applicable, ensuring they fulfill their responsibilities according to their job descriptions and that all operations are processed in compliance with established Customs Compliance requirements. Maintain direct contact with warehouses, freight forwarders, and transportation providers. Coordinate activities with both internal and external customers. Ensure that pre-inspections (Previos) are scheduled and that handling service requests are properly arranged. Verify documentation and ensure timely compliance with customs clearance processes.
