About the Role As Systems Business Analyst, you will translate business needs into clear requirements, maintain system documentation and platform inventory, support UAT, and produce operational reporting that improves reliability and adoption. You will sit between business stakeholders and technical implementers, partnering closely with Marketing Operations, CRM, Analytics, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders.
