Salary Pay: $66,000.00-$75,000.00 The Encore Boston Harbor Shift Manager – Beverage will ensure that all deployed Beverage personnel are executing their functions correctly. This includes the administrative organization of Beverage personnel in advance of their assignments, but then the monitoring and overseeing of their function once deployed. Because of the structure of the department, the Beverage Shift Manager will be required to spend time between multiple outlets across the property, including restaurants, lounges, service bars and any other area where alcoholic beverage service is being delivered.
