The Professional Services Engineer (PSE) is responsible for installing, deploying, upgrading, and maintaining NICE products and platforms at customer sites. This includes applying hotfixes, participating in commissioning, testing, and certification, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues encountered during or after installation.
