The Wynn Las Vegas Assistant Director of Workforce Management Analytics works proactively with business leaders to identify labor optimization opportunities. Seeks to understand business needs based on established service standards and productivity levels for all positions and maximize occasions for departmental and company success. This task will encompass monitoring and evaluating the staffing levels, business volume efficiency, and correlated customer satisfaction results for all areas of the property. This position requires a strong background in information technology, process improvement experience and statistical analysis.
