Job Description The Training Specialist will focus on the coordination, implementation, and delivery of training and development programs that support enrollment and advising staff. This role will partner with business stakeholders to support learning initiatives from planning through implementation, including coordinating workshops, organizing resources, facilitating training, and supporting learning program execution. The individual will provide ongoing support for both new and existing colleagues while helping ensure training initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives.
