Hourly Rate: $33.55 - $33.55 The Encore Boston Harbor Supervisor - Floor – Housekeeping is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Operations including ensuring Encore standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and assigned areas, supervising Housekeeping team members, and conducting inspections for quality control. This position will share responsibility for the financial performance, guest room cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team member satisfaction as it relates to the operation. This includes, but is not limited to: implementing the department strategy and supporting the alignment with overall Encore Boston Harbor strategy; maximizing opportunities for departmental success; maintaining all Encore Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.
