Position Summary We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinists to support high-quality manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate combines strong machining knowledge with hands-on problem-solving ability and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T, and work instructions. Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds for efficient production. Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments. Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs or machine settings as needed. Optimize cycle times and machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
