ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Factory Capex planning base on the loading forecast, Capex budget control and monitoring on capital utilization and efficiency. Productivity improvement project: Lead in cost saving projects such as Productivity improvement, cycle time improvement, MMR improvement, etc. to meet company goals. Capacity planning and analysis to meet the volume demand and maximize the plant utilization. Maintain IE database and lead on the IE related system project. Time study and time standards: Perform time study data collection and analysis, continuous improvement based on Lean concept. Define production layout to ensure high efficiency and ergonomic for Lean operation. Coordinate in tool relocation & re-layout activities.
