Knowledge to create Import files. Understand and use the Transcon DDL workflow and other tools to ensure shipments have the proper events in the files. Ensure to request appointments for shipments delivering to Consignees that need one if no appointment is needed. ADD no APR Ensure to update appointment once confirmed. APR no APT Ensure to update Expected Delivery date for shipments that do not need appointment based on arrival. ADD/AFD no XDD Dispatch shipments timely based on arrival and appointment. APT/XDD no ESD ESD no TBS/DOP TBS/DOP no TNF GPS loads and truck monitoring Ensure all paperwork, seals and GPS units are assigned prior to GPS shipments being picked up. Ensure Driver Checkins are correctly filled out by Expeditors and driver/s for all GPS loads. Ensure all HAWB’s and shipments are staged prior to arrival of trucks for pickup.
