About the role: The Director, HXM Technology & Enterprise HR Platforms will be the strategic technology leader responsible for the end-to-end management, governance, implementation, and continuous optimization of our global HR technology ecosystem. Based in the Global Capability Center in Bangalore, this role will lead a team of 35+ professionals driving standardization, operational efficiency, system security, and technology enablement across all global entities.
