Get to Know the Team The Search & Personalisation (SNP) team builds the intelligence layer that helps Grab understand what each user wants — and surface it before they ask. We work across search, discovery, recommendations, and cross-vertical personalization, using data and machine learning to make every interaction feel effortless. Our work underpins some of the highest-traffic surfaces in the app, and the decisions we make affect millions of users across Southeast Asia every day. Get to Know the Role You will shape experiences for search, discovery, and personalization surfaces, translating ML-driven content into intuitive user interactions. It combines data, experimentation, research, and AI tools to identify opportunities and improve product outcomes. You will report to the Head of Design, SPA & GFB.
