Position Summary The Product Owner / POM Team Leader is responsible for driving operational readiness, product lifecycle management, and cross‑functional coordination for multiple products. This role leads a cross‑functional POM team, represents Operations in Product Line Core Teams and Product Development Teams, and ensures successful development, qualification, and manufacturing ramp‑up of new and existing products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a cross‑functional POM team and serve as the primary Operations representative throughout the product lifecycle.
