Business SOX Analyst Role Overview: Candidate will be responsible for effective planning and execution of S-Ox compliances through Test of Design and Test of Operating effectiveness of business and financial reporting controls. Job Description: Annual review of the existing RCMs and support in updating the changes required based on process/people changes Draft the language for the newly added SOX controls required, review and align the control language with the process owners and/or key stakeholders. Perform the process walk through and Test of Design for assigned S-Ox controls. Document testing observations, discuss them with process owners, and support remediation planning.
