Sandisk is seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of International Benefits to lead the design, development, and execution of our international benefits strategy. This role is a key member of the Total Rewards leadership team, responsible for delivering competitive, scalable, and compliant benefits programs across all regions outside of the United States, with a strong emphasis on APAC markets. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, this leader will partner closely with the Director of U.S. Benefits, regional Total Rewards teams, People Operations, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience worldwide, including with respect to a sizable APAC employee population.
