Responsible for calling, following up and scheduling appointments for customers to come in and appraise and purchase their used vehicles. Utilize CRM for prospecting and lead generation. Interface with current used vehicle owners from appointments set and dealership service drive with the purpose of purchasing their vehicle. Approach, greet, and engage with dealership customers to appraise and offer to purchase their current vehicles. Appraise used vehicles by asking questions, taking pictures of the vehicles, and inputting vehicle data into Sonic's automated inventory management system. Work with Sales Managers to build and propose an offer to seller. Introduces guest to sales department personnel to sell them a new vehicle after purchase of their existing vehicle.
