The HR organization is looking for a detail-oriented HR Sustainability & Reporting Specialist to play a key role in ensuring HR-related compliance and reporting under evolving regulatory frameworks such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). This role involves preparing, validating, and ensuring the accuracy of HR-related data for reports, as well as managing internal and external audit requests related to HR metrics. Your Tasks: Collect, analyze, and prepare HR-related data to ensure compliance with CSRD, ESRS, and other sustainability frameworks. Ensure the auditability of reported HR data points.
