The AVP, Enterprise Outsourcing Effectiveness is a critical, strategic role accountable for enterprise outsourcing outcomes including strategic alignment, performance and quality, risk and compliance, and cost effectiveness. This individual will play a key role in shaping how the organization balances outsourcing with other levers to drive operational excellence and support enterprise growth through close cross-functional partnerships. Description- Shape Enterprise Outsourcing Strategy Develop and oversee the enterprise outsourcing strategy in alignment with enterprise and COO priorities. Partner closely with Human Resources on Enterprise Workforce Management, and help lead the strategic movement between, and balance across, outsourcing, full-time staff, contingent workers, and automation.
