Job Description The Technical Consultant – IRM is responsible for designing and delivering ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management solutions that help customers manage risk, compliance, resilience, and audit processes with measurable outcomes. This role combines platform configuration expertise across Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, BCM/TPRM, Audit, and Privacy Management with strong technical delivery skills across the implementation lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, partners, architects, and delivery teams to translate GRC business requirements into scalable IRM configurations, ensure successful delivery, and drive customer value realization within risk and compliance programs.
