Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Under general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to: Verifies welds using magnifiers, dial calipers, pin micrometers, and tube micrometers. Shall be qualified to AWS D 17.1 and QOP-62-02. Must be able to get x-ray quality welds. Performs rework, repair and other associated operations relating to the work described. Perform welding duties. Operating equipment’s. Weld fittings on tubing, ducts, tanks, and other similar units. Follow all Senior policies and procedure. Other duties as assigned. In addition to the above, Welders are to maintain an organized, clean and safe work area using safety standards and expectations while adhering to all quality practices.
