As Manager – Global Technology, you will lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of engineers, creating an environment where team members can do their best work through clear expectations, useful 1:1s, career development, knowledge sharing, and reduced single-person dependencies. This is also a hands-on technical leadership role. You will stay close to design, code quality, testing, automation, documentation, operational readiness, and production support, helping the team balance new functionality with technical debt and operational needs.
