The Warranty Admin Manager will manage and optimize our dealership’s warranty claim processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and maximum reimbursement from OEMs. Duties and Responsibilities Accurately process and submit manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring full compliance with OEM policies and timelines. Audit repair orders for proper documentation, labor ops, technician notes, and time stamps to reduce claim denials and chargebacks. Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule. Act as the primary point of contact for all manufacturer warranty matters, including audits, inquiries, goodwill requests, and program submissions.
