Job Description: 1. Be responsible for calculating and submitting commission for global sales/technical employees, and ensure they get paid correctly and on time. 2. Draft and execute compensation plans, and ensure compensated employees sign on time. 3. Be responsible for dealing with all commission related issues; 4. Check and correct calculation rules in the systems at regular basis, ensure the logic is fully accurate and aligned with the current calculation policies; 5.
