ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Machine troubleshooting and perform preventive maintenance. Documents (FMEA/Training material /SOP/WI) generation, update and preventive maintenance. Line abnormal, quality issue, yield loss investigation and in time action taken. Lead KIP projects on machine performance improvement , cost reduction, yield, quality, capacity and productivity improvements. Work with Process and NPI team on machine and product related items. Machine/tooling buy-off and standardization. Follow up customer audit and action implementation Prepare 8D and presentation for QAF/RMA cases. Support other function teams for key projects. Required: Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Preferred: 3-5 years working experience in Equipment Engineering related.
