In Short As the Lead for Responsive & NOS Flows, you will serve as the operational command center for the Cadence/NOS program and continuous replenishment globally. The Cadence program is there to enable radically improved in-stock rates for On’s highest velocity items. Enabling On to achieve improved in-stock rates and lower overstock. As the Cadence product portfolio scales, you will ensure that the program will continue to run with absolute precision. Keeping global and regional stakeholders on-track to hit milestones timely and with precision. Reporting to the Head of Responsive Programs, you will support the build out of the operational backbone for this new End-to-End way of working, coordinate global milestones, and partner with systems teams to automate the processes where possible.
