We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Cluster to Cluster (C2C) Services team, which builds the services and tools that move data reliably between MongoDB clusters. Our work spans the Atlas Live Migration service, mongosync , and disaster-recovery capabilities, helping customers migrate, replicate, and protect critical workloads across cloud and on-premises environments . We solve challenging problems in distributed systems, data movement, reliability, scalability, and operability. As a Software Engineer on this team, you will build and support new solutions to address our scalability, performance and usability challenges.
