Get to Know the Team The Marketplace team focuses on balancing GrabCar and GrabTaxi's multi-sided marketplaces. We manage the balance between supply and demand for the Transport business by understanding the behavior of both our driver partners and passengers. Using these insights helps us make data-driven business decisions to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability. On the supply side, our core responsibilities include managing supply operations such as allocating, incentivizing, and optimizing the driver pool, with a continuous aim to improve driver behavior and performance. Regarding demand, we generate and optimize demand through new features, products, and campaigns to influence passenger behavior.
