Key Responsibilities Platform Maintenance & Operations Ensure continuous availability, performance, and security of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Perform routine checks and maintenance of Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and other SFMC modules. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data sync, send failures, and integration anomalies. Coordinate with internal teams to apply platform updates, patches, and resolve system bugs. Client Guidance & Enablement Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on SFMC functionalities and best practices. Guide clients on using SFMC modules to achieve marketing objectives (e.g., email personalization, journey automation).
