Essential Duties and Responsibilities End-to-End Project Ownership: Oversee execution across all phases—ideation, planning, development, testing, launch, and iteration—ensuring milestones are met and quality standards upheld. Facilitate regular syncs and working sessions with product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations to maintain alignment and momentum. Program Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed plans to guide program success. Create and maintain project timelines, roadmaps, and resource plans, adapting as needed to changing priorities. Monitor progress and performance metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
