Collaborate with Memory systems, Device, Product Development Team to gather product requirements. Define, Develop, Execute, and Automate NAND flash memory reliability test; analyze & report data following predefined test flow. Compile comprehensive reports with findings, technical recommendations and final assessments on device reliability and performance to qualify the device. Ensure timely product device support, memory qualification, and ramp of BiCS volume production The candidate will use knowledge of Semiconductor device physics and computer science to push the performance and reliability envelope of flash memory as used in best-in-class high-density storage application.
