POSITION DESCRIPTION: Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction, documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Develops and executes replenishment strategies; conducts physical inventories and performs cycle counts. Analyzes count discrepancies. Responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity both physically and within the ERP. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform inventory management tasks including pulling and issuing of materials, restocking lab areas, transferring materials between the sites and with 3PL’s, quarantining nonconforming inventory, and performing pertinent transactions in ERP. Ensure the integrity of the inventory by verifying item number, description unit of measure and bin location. Process and record corresponding transactions accurately and timely in the ERP system.
