Key Responsibilities Lead NAND Flash product test solution design and comprehensive failure analysis for NPI, Product Qualification, Reliability and customer return (RMA) cases. Identify root causes using electrical, physical, and data-driven analysis techniques. Generate clear Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and drive corrective actions. Design and lead evaluation experiments and data analysis to improve product quality, yield. Provide technical findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders to improve test coverage and product robustness. Work closely with global Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, Reliability, Manufacturing, and Customer Engineering teams, and drive issue resolution across multiple organizations and sites.
