Job Title: Director, Global Institutional Sales Strategist Department: Global Distribution Reports To: SVP, Global Distribution COO FLSA Code: Exempt Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 Job Summary: As the Global Institutional Sales Strategist, the role will support the COO of Global Distribution in developing the infrastructure that supports Cohen & Steers’ institution distribution efforts. The role focuses on establishing consistent processes, strengthening management systems, and improving data and analytical capabilities.
