Scope of Position The OM and Import Transportation Supervisor will lead, train and mentor the department. She/he will supervise all aspects of the OM and Import Transportation Team, while ensuring the proper and timely movement of freight. Proactive communication and superior customer Service is a must. Major Duties and Responsibilities Order Management Oversight of daily operations and follow up on delayed actions in the booking process (missed bookings, COB, etc..) Daily review and resolution of EDE messages for customer ASN messages Create and delivery monthly KPI reports for each client. Maintain SOP’s for OM Clients Invoice customers timely and accurately for OM services (when applicable) and ensure rate schedules are updated accurately and timely in CFIT Drive data re-use from OM to brokerage and transportation Transportation Manage day to day movement of Air and Ocean Import…
