Purpose: The Service BDC Associate is responsible for scheduling and generating appointments for our clients. The BDC Associate delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate, and courteous manner. This highly accountable position utilizes lead management tools and software to maintain a high focus on customer outreach and retention opportunities. The Service BDC Associate will be trained interdepartmentally and will be expected to coordinate with service, parts, and sales.
