SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: To further develop the Transcon product in the marketplace through focus on Operations, Finances, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture in adherence to the company’s policy and procedures. WHAT YOU DO: Tasks and Duties Review and support with day-to-day quotations Support product with checking local charges and agreement quotes to ensure we minimize potential branch losses. Have thorough knowledge of the Transcon product including export and import database. Plan and support with huddles and monthly meetings to discuss market intelligence and delegate workloads within the team. Attend the weekly branch Sales meeting and facilitate discussions on Transcon with market updates and trends. Take an active role in the transition of new business/ updates to existing business.
