We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our Marketing Tech & Automation Team. This is an individual contributor role focused on designing and building the automation, orchestration, integration, and AI-driven workflows across MongoDB’s marketing technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will blend technical fluency with marketing automation expertise by connecting data, tools, and workflows to help marketers move faster, smarter, and with greater precision. You’ll work primarily with Workato, Claude, collaborating with the owners of platforms such as Marketo, Iterable, Splash, Intercom, Workfront, and Salesforce to optimize workflows and data processes within and across systems.
