The Machine Repair Supervisor is accountable for supervising hourly personnel in all phases of machine repair, maintenance, installation, and rebuilds. The Machine Repair Supervisor will: Plan department work schedules and direct assignments of personnel and equipment Lead, coach, and develop Machine Repair mechanics, apprentices, and other assigned support personnel. Partner with Production, Engineering, Mold Repair, Mold Control, and other plant teams to troubleshoot issues and improve machine performance.
