POSITION SUMMARY: Spanish Speaking Preferred The Inside Sales Manager is a senior level commercial position responsible for strategically leading the Inside Sales Team. As the team leader, the Inside Sales Manager is accountable to develop inside sales strategies and tactics to support the outside sales team and grow our customer base. The team assesses and handles inbound lead calls, makes outbound sales and customer retention calls, and gathers critical sales opportunity information to pass to the field sales team.
