The Plant Maintenance Manager is to provide a committed and high level of technical service, working in partnership with the Unit Plant Manager and the Quality Manager to produce glass containers at continuously improving levels of quality and efficiency. The Plant Maintenance Manager will: Plan preventive maintenance on equipment, scheduling repairs and upgrades while simultaneously working to maximize plant uptime. Assists in implementing corrective actions when necessary. Ensure the safety and quality of work performed by maintenance and production personnel.
