Get to Know the Team The Rewards team, which sits within People Operations (Pops) team, drives all global compensation and benefits programmes in Grab. We strive to maintain a fair and competitive total rewards framework for Grab, and equip our people managers with appropriate and consistent rewards tools to attract, motivate and retain talent within their organisations. Get to Know the Role As a Manager, Rewards, you will help improve Grab's rewards practices across the organisation. We believe that your understanding of a global rewards function from a headquartered role standpoint and can translate your knowledge into practical and creative solutions to rewards related matters.
